Interchange Illawarra Employees
Interchange Illawarra has a pool of over 130 experienced support workers who provide person centred support to meet the individual needs of people with disabilities.
We have 17 dedicated office-based staff members who are responsible for various tasks including Support Coordination and Planning, Social Support Group coordination, management, payroll, administration, rostering, marketing and other support functions.
Interchange Illawarra is also supported by a small group of enthusiastic volunteers.
All staff, support workers and volunteers have completed first aid and disability-specific training as well as a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screen Check and a Working with Children Check.
