Community Participation
Self Managed Services for adults with disabilities under the age of 25. This program focuses on providing service users with supports that are personalised to suit a wide range of needs and interests and include:
Community life
Continuing education
Life skills development
Social, recreation and leisure activities
Personal development and self-advocacy
Volunteering/Work experience
Life Choices
Self Managed Services for people with disabilities between the ages of 25 and 54 years. This program has an emphasis on what the service user wants to achieve in life, what their interests are and how they can best be connected to their community.
Active Ageing
Self Managed Services for people with disabilities between the ages of 55 and 64 years. Active Ageing focuses on the service users health and wellbeing, staying active and connected to their community as they grow older. The emphasis of support will be on maintaining and learning skills and developing interests that suit their age and preferences
Supported Living Fund
Self Managed model of accommodation support for people with a disability aged 18 to 64 years. It enables people with disabilities and their families and carers to create living arrangements that suit the person’s life and preferences, gives access to supports and services of their choice and to plan for their future.
