As well as caring for people with disabilities and their families, we believe in developing opportunities for parents and carers to ensure their lives, as well as the lives of those they care for and their immediate families, are enriched.
We do this through assisting parents and carers to participate in their local community, foster relationships that strengthen informal networks, and provide information & support to plan for their future through key stages of life.

Caring for the Carer
By organising health and wellbeing activities, workshops and connecting parents and carers to useful community information, we provide opportunities for meeting others in similar circumstances; socialise, learn new skills and enjoy some fun time out that’s all about you.
Health and well-being activities vary from year to year and can include luncheons, nights out for dinner, bus trips, pamper days, Carers Week events, behaviour management, passive self defense, wills & estate planning, relaxation & meditation and visual communication & support.
We Value Your Feedback
Your feedback, as well as ideas and suggestions for different activities is very much appreciated.
