At Interchange Illawarra we are proud of our capacity building programs and activities. Our Support Workers are great at supporting participants to achieve their goals and increase their independence.
Every participant registered with Interchange Illawarra is paired with their own Support Coordinator. We deliver a person-centred approach and we are able to arrange supports that fit your needs best.
The Interchange Illawarra Independence Pathway is a flexible, tailored approach to capacity building based at the Villa in Lake Illawarra.
This new program will run during the week and provides an opportunity for participants who are seeking to improve their independent living skills including cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping and time management.
Our Support Coordinators/Planners can work with participants to determine their goals, discuss their budgets, and a suitable time frame and frequency of stays.
