Interchange Illawarra is a well respected not-for-profit organisation which actively provides leadership, advocacy and valued services to people with disabilities and their families.

We’ve been in operation for over 40 years and we’re proud of our friendly, fun, supportive work culture. We offer individual support, social support groups, daily assistance living, short term accommodation and short holidays for people with disabilities.

At Interchange Illawarra flexibility is our strength, for our workers and the participants we support.

While we are not currently actively recruiting we welcome resumes from passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

• Our support workers have the flexibility to pick the hours and days that suit them so it’s easy to work around other commitments, like study or family.
• We provide upskilling opportunities through our free training programs.
• Interchange Illawarra have a friendly administration team to support you.
• We also offer salary packaging (eligibility requirements apply) that ultimately reduces the amount of tax you pay.
