Community inclusion support is available to people with the aim to increase their interaction and opportunities to learn and follow interests.
If you would like assistance during activities and outings, to pursue personal interests or hobbies, we have a community inclusion support option to suit you.
At Interchange we:
– are risk aware, not risk averse.
– say ‘we’ll try’ rather than ‘we can’t’.
– introduce you to fun things to do and places to go in your local community.
– have a workforce which displays initiative and creativity.
– recognise your chosen personal support networks.
